Our commitment

C3 can work with clients in two main ways. The company can estimate the value of assets for auction, make an offer to purchase them, and then arrange to liquidate them through an auction or otherwise. Or, C3 can offer its services on a commission basis with a net minimum guarantee. Once this baseline is reached, the additional liquidity generated by the auction is shared according to terms settled with the client beforehand.

Whether liquidating the assets of a bankrupt company, selling surplus inventory, or using some of the assets of a company in financial difficulty to obtain cash for restructuring or turnaround, C3 always offers custom solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
