Your assets.
A clear path forward.
Surplus equipment, inventory or a complete facility closure. C3 helps you choose the right sale approach and coordinates the details, from the first conversation to the final removal.

Complete industrial facilities.
A practical, guided process.
We start with your objectives, then build a plan around the assets, the market and your timeline.
- 01
Start with a conversation
Tell us what you have, where it is and when it needs to be sold. A few photos or an equipment list are a useful starting point; a complete inventory is not necessary for an initial discussion.
- 02
Review the assets
We review the equipment, condition, ownership and site requirements. Where needed, we discuss an inspection and gather further information to understand the scope of the sale.
- 03
Agree on the right strategy
Public auction, liquidation or a private treaty sale: we recommend an approach suited to your situation. The scope, responsibilities, fees and timetable are agreed before proceeding.
- 04
Bring the sale to market
According to the agreed scope, C3 coordinates cataloguing, buyer outreach, marketing, inspections and the sale itself. We keep the process organized and address the practical details along the way.
- 05
Coordinate completion
We coordinate payment collection, buyer removal and sale reporting as agreed. Settlement follows the terms of your engagement, with site access and clearance requirements kept in view.
The approach should fit the assets.
A little information
goes a long way.
Start with what you know. We can clarify the details together and request further information where it is needed.
