• Confirmation of who has authority to sign the engagement documents
• Any liens, secured creditors, landlords, lessors, or other parties with an interest in the assets

• Current address where the assets are located
• Any additional asset locations
• General asset categories: machinery, inventory, rolling stock, office equipment, racking, tools, parts, etc.
• Estimated number of lots or pieces of equipment
• Whether the assets are functional and connected
• Whether manuals, maintenance records, software, parts, tooling, or accessories are included
• Any leased, rented, third-party, or excluded assets that should not be sold

• Earliest date C3 can access the facility
• Preferred auction or sale timing
• Deadline for buyer removal / site clearance
• Whether the assets can stay on site during the sale period
• Inspection availability and any site-access requirements
